Got a call from this number for a couple times over 2 days... from what i have seen here, looks like it is another utilities company calling me :(

instal Truecaller and the app recognises spam callers - your screen turns red if the number is known as reported SPAM on the net. You can then block it

I phoned back. Just was a recorded message (in a soft Indian accent), saying they are a marketing company.
You can record a message, but not connect to a person. I wanted to find out who they are! It is just a robocall. Probable overseas scam company.
