Call centre noise. Man calls me by name and says he would like me to know about my electricity bill and options. NO THANKS!!!

Female with accent calling. Sounded like an electricity company

Get oz online. Or something like that. Call centre. Asked for the business owner. I hung up. Either a scammer or a spammer, either way, not interested

Indian call centre asking for "the business owner". I asked who's calling? The reply in heavy indian accent I did not understand so asked to repeat, finally he goes "K as in Kite, A as in apple..." I roll my eyes thinking of the scammers on Youtube who do this when asking people to download a remote control software (please NEVER do this.. it's a scam). Finally said "I'm not a racist but I find the Indian accent every difficult to understand", then I called him a "BENCHOD" and told him to F off. After hanging up I rang the number (with caller ID turned off)... the number was NOT CONNECTED. WHY, OH WHY, OH WHY do the telcos not REFUSE to connect calls from INVALID NUMBERS? Is it so hard? Why do we have to buy expensive equipment such as Telstra's "call guardian"? BTW I figured out that the company/organization they "said" they represented was "KATE OZ" which you'll find on the internet. AT least that's what I "think" he said. SICK OF THIS.

Overseas called whose accent made it a bit hard to understand but think they said they were from "Get Oz Online". Asked for the boss and didn't want to continue the conversation when I said the boss wasn't available.

Tried to "boost our presence for our online website" then got put through to an "expert", such crap. Got asked if i can authorise payment decisions in the company but when i said i wasn't interested in any sales, they said they weren't going to charge me for anything?? very strange considering they asked if im able to make financial decisions

Why do these callers call and hang up when you answer , what do they get out of it ? What’s there point in ringing is it just to get there numbers up for the day?

Everyday, I get calls from similar number starting from 03 Melbourne Victory. At first i missed the call. Second time i pick the call however as soon as i pick the call it hangs up. I get that it was a scam call. But now i am getting calls everyday and the number starting from 03 Melbourne Victory. I am not picking the calls and blocking the number very time. However i am sick and scared of getting this calls. I don’t know what to do?
