Indian scammers, calling selling solar panels. Well actually trying to scam me out of the federal gov incentive. They need to get smarter, I would have received at least 20 of these calls in the last 12 months. Block the number as they are clearly moving from one scam to the next.

Indian lady saying she was from optus offering 35% off bill for next three months, said I didn't trust her and I wasn't the account holder (which optus would know) she was persistent so I just hung up on her.

Scammers 100% pretending to be Optus offering a 20% mobile phone discount - they had my full name and said I was with Optus, so they got my email address and date of birth before I twigged and hung up! Dammnnn... I called Optus who confirmed it's a scam and I had to add extra security to my account with them. Hope they don't try to hack other accounts with these personal details... Dammmmmm

Typical SCAM callers calling right before dinner time. Calling from "Optus Billing Department" to ask if I was an Optus Customer. So why do they have to ask if I am??? Ended call there and then with these Indian Scammers.

Pretended to be from Optus, I would get 35% off my bill if I verified myself by spelling my name and giving my DOB. Told him I would call Optus and confirm this is a genuine offer, as I was not comfortable verifying myself with them calling me. Tried to convince me that he was from Optus and I had nothing to fear; I hung up on him.

Someone from Melb keeps calling me and so don't know anyone in Melb so I don’t answer. Then a guy rang or texted and said I was trying 2 buy a frypan on eBay I said no I didn’t because I have plenty.

Just had a call from this number. Indian accent. Claiming to be from Vodafone promotions dept and wanted to give me a new iPhone valued at $2400.
I said what’s the catch? He said no catch, just provide name and address and he’ll post the phone free of charge.
I said to him if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.
Said I’m not interested and hung up.
Don’t get caught up in their scam.

Indian woman claimed to be from Optus. I asked why she was calling - "because you are an Optus customer." I'm not so definitely a scam.
