They ring constantly asking for date of birth or hang up. There customer service is non existent. Do not sign up with them as they bill incorrectly. The pay on time discount is a con.

It could be Sumo, in my case...
Try to call them back and the number Doesn’t answer and beeps as if it doesn’t exist. Very annoying! They have tried me four times today.

It's Sumo. They called 4 times before I finally picked up. They suddenly have cheaper deals for me now that I've moved my power bills to another company.

Their billing is horrendous, isn't it?! I've consistently had incorrect bills. It's so frustrating. I'll receive a bill that says $50, pay late and pay $40 (!!) and then I'll click the link to pay it online and it will show up as $35. They need to get their sh*t together for sure.

Please ask your supervisor to train you, this is Australia, we have manners, we are polite and courteous, specially if you are making an outbound sales call. This isn't India or any other Asian country where the seller is arrogant and the customer is Inconsequential,

Asked for personal details to verify that I am who I am even though they called me. Though they couldn't confirm my sumo account number at the least for me to feel comfortable I could give them my personal details. Very odd. They called me 5 times in one day.

3 calls already today tried to answer and it hung up. Tried to call back it says collective 4 for voice mail. I have moved my supplies away from Sumo so seeing comments above it must be them spamming. Bad company

Called, put me on hold for 4-5 minutes, then asked for my date of birth.
Strangely, 'George' from Sumo Power (allegedly) didn't want to give me his date of birth even though he had given me an unsolicited phone call.

It is annoying me while I am working.
I called it back but no answer.

Hung up without leaving a message. When I called the number a recorded message “the number you are calling is currently unavailable. Please call again later.”
