Just had my first missed call from this number. I am only posting because I always do a search on missed calls, hang ups and numbers I dont recognize. I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has posted previously warning me of this phone number and I now know what to expect. Thanks guys

They have been calling me every day. Normally phone numbers from Melbourne are debt collectors, ect. But I don't owe any money. So I called back just to see what company they are from and it is a bit weird. At first there is a recording and it sounded like the voice recordings from Centrelink, about phone may be monitored same voice and everything, Then an Indian lady anwered the phone and claimed the company was ARL and what is my reference number.... So I just hung up... Too risky. Just block the number - too many scams out there

A woman called my phone asking me if I could confirm my identity. I said, of course no. She then said they are debtor collector and that I had a debt with linkt and that I needed to confirm my identity. I never had a linkt account , I have an etoll account since having a car. I hang up my phone as this was obviously a scam . Careful with this number .

This number called my mobile, when I answered, a woman's voice said 'hi is this 'name' from ARL', then hung up. Seems like a scam call.

I would not answer or phone back. Definitely a scam. Not speaking English properly, not clearly stating their purpose and extremely persistent. Actually comes up as "potential fraud" on my phone. I have blocked this number and reported.

I called back number (03) 9101 7906 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Just called asked for me by first name - I wouldn’t acknowledge who I was unless they identified themselves. I said I don’t usually answer unknown numbers from interstate, it showed as Melbourne. He insisted he was in Sydney. He still wouldn’t identify himself quoting privacy laws - I said don’t call again. If not dodgy surely an email would suffice to settle a matter with me. Really dodgy!

My phone warned me of a suspicious calling pattern. Do not give them any information and just hang up and block this number.

Got a call from this number -- which my phone alerted as potential scam -- and I let it go to voicemail. A person with a female voice left a very mumbled message about calling back regarding some money.

A woman called, as usual, I don’t pick up calls from random numbers so she left a voicemail asking me to ring back but did not state where she’s calling from and for what matter. She couldn’t even address my name. Gave me a reference number, not sure what for? Super dodgy…

Maybe if your ringing people at work unable to answer their phones EMAIL WHAT YOU WANT!!! Common sense, if you want to get somewhere...

Scam caller pretending to be debt collectors ARL.
Spoke to centerlink as ARL are linked, this is not their number. Do not give any info.

Caller: ARL Debt Collector

This company “recovers” debt through Centrelink but the process is quite dodgy.

I originally set up to repay Centrelink but then got a call the next day from ARL.

After making my first payment via my Centrelink app I got a letter from ARL stating I owed them the remaining amount.

Then today I corrected the matter with Centrelink (them taking my debt back from ARL) and then had ARL call me 3 times after trying to recover my debt

I have been contacted repeatedly by this number over the past week which comes up as "Potential Fraud" on my phone.

I called back today as I was becoming annoyed with their persistence, and like many of the other messages here indicate, the call is intercepted by a voice message but doesn't identify the company.

Definately scammers.

This number called my husband's phone and when I answered and said hello they hung up on me.

Missed this number and checked it out on this website. Doggy number...will not call them back.

Dumbass scammers. These losers cant even scam people correctly. Heavy breathing on the phone.
