Caller: SCAM - NOT LINKT This is not Linkt, it is a scam service posing as Linkt. The long delay at the beginning of the call is a give away. This is because scammers use software that calls multiple people and connects who ever answers first. Also the automated voice saying it's Linkt chasing up an outstanding payment is also false. Linkt do not have a call centre that chases up over due tolls. They send letters and then suspended your account, and eventually send a debt collector. Do not speak so anyone from this number and please do not give them any personal information or credit card numbers no matter what they say.

Caller: LINKT The number is from Linkt Tolls. Probably calling because you owe money on your tag.

Caller: Linkt I thought this one was a scam call, however, I looked at the Linkt website and it has a list of "trusted phone numbers" (03) 9101 3937 does appear on there, so I'm under the impression that whilst I ignored the call that it is actually legitimate. However, my account isn't in debit, it's in credit, so no idea why they're calling me.

It's a debt collector not linkt or transurban but their attempt to suck in their customers by placing that number on their site.

Tell your sister she is wrong. It is a dept collector that linkt-transurban put as a phone number from them. Is a con job to trick you in to talking to a debt collector who will use anything you say so they can get their scummy hands on your money. Very poor practice from transurban.

Supposed linkt about overdue account. I do not even have an account with them and definitely with my phone number they used. Just a very clever scammer.

Caller: Linkt It's not a scam. My sister works there. The reason for the delay at the start of the call is (you're right) they use software to make hundreds of calls and only connect once someone has picked up. This is stock standard software in call centres. If they are calling you, it's because you have an overdue Toll account - meaning, you're Etag has gone into a negative balance

Caller: Linkt They keep calling to tell me that my account is at a zero balance... this is information I am aware of. I have explained to them time and time again that I only put money on it when I am using it..I don't use it that often. They will not stop annoying me.
