The company is called pure Data Flow and they are an outsourced telemarketing company. In my case they were calling on behalf of my mobile phone probider to find put about what other services I might need. I was able to get a recorded service when I called back, and they have an internal "opt ut" from calls list.

I recieved a call from a lady at Vodafone saying they have something new called "share" and asked to verify who I was even though "vodafone" called me by asking me for my pin....
I said you called me..... I wont give you my pin.
She said she could send me a txt confirming they where Vodafone.
I said anyone can send me a txt saying they are Vodafone.
This is where things got a little bit awkward....
And we ended the call.

It's Vodafone. Its scumbag practices like this that make me absolutely despise Vodafone. I will be looking to move somewhere else. Who would think its a good idea to call twice a day for a week on end and think their customers would consider this behaviour positive? Vodafone you are absolute scum, you don't f*cking call your customers non f*cking stop trying to sell sh*t and think people will be happy about it you stupid c*nts.

It's a third party call centre doing telemarketing work for Vodafone. I upgraded my plan with them, no problem at all.

So its still going on. Had a call from this number today but was suspicious. They were offering shared date, 3gig for 15 dollars but needed my pin. I told them I could not talk and then rang Vodafone. Vodafone said they had that offer for people who kept using all their data, but that my account had not done that (Sharing data with my daughter so it has a few times in the past lol) They said to not give out account details. Apparently that number is for one of their re-sellers

When this number called me with a "data plan" I kindly refused and the Indian lady on the other line got very fustrated. I believe it's a company that partners with Vodafone to sell you crap.

Very pushy, loud and aggressive male. Said he was Vodafone and got angry when I tried to cut him short with his sales pitch. Threatened to penalise me with cutting my contract short. Took some time to end the call.

An Indian lady from this number called me claiming to be from Vodafone... she asked me by my full name. When I confirmed, she started going into a spiel about a plan to save me money. I've literally just upgraded my phone so I just said "No thanks, I'm not interested" and she hung up. Very rude and makes it obvious it wasn't a legitimate Vodafone call.

Sadly all the telco's do this. When i was with telstra they did it for 6 months straight. i lodged a formal complaint in their complaints department about it, they still tried to call, i signed the number up for one of those stupid pay per message services just to screw them over
ended up putting it on a call barring list and giving telstra the flick.
