Josh, I'm going to take these f*ckers down! Whatever it takes. The bastards talked me into buying a property for $530k back in 2010. After 6 years it is valued at $420k. Im taking this to the financial ombudsman and a current affair! Anyone coming on board?

I would recommend against getting involved with this group.Very high pressure. I brought a property through them in 2008 which turned out to be very over priced . More fool me. Have learnt my lesson.

It was disgusting couldnt belive it I hung up striaght away and Im barring them and reporting them ASAP

They are correct investment propeties can be great for lowering tax when structured with the correct mortgage. It is important to realize alot of these people are on $25K-$30K kick backs from companies for the sale of their properties. I know because I pay people like them for the sales. Sometimes it blows my mind, as alot of financial planners and accountants use how much comission they will make to depict what they sell.
