Josh, I'm going to take these f*ckers down! Whatever it takes. The bastards talked me into buying a property for $530k back in 2010. After 6 years it is valued at $420k. Im taking this to the financial ombudsman and a current affair! Anyone coming on board?

I would recommend against getting involved with this group.Very high pressure. I brought a property through them in 2008 which turned out to be very over priced . More fool me. Have learnt my lesson.

I work on behalf of a propety development company, and I am telling you that on top of this they would of gotten a $25K-$30K kick back fro the sale of the property.Sometimes its better to use them for advice and go on your own path. Unfortunately there is alot of people ou there selling invesmtne ptoperties with there paycheck in mind, no their clients.
