tell them the electricity account isn't in your name ( not a lie for me ) and they leave you alone

This number has called twice in the last two days. Hangs up when I answer. When I tried to call back says number is not connected. Have blocked now.

Called back this number message said it's disconnected , blocked it !

You got a bad number. This has happened to me before and the only way is to change numbers.

Didn't recognize this.
Also about 2 second delay and quick beep before anyone spoke, which indicates to me an overseas call center even though number looks familiar to local Victoria, Australia landline. Beware and do not answer any questions

Called my mobile today..I didn't answer, checked number on line and saw this so blocked it.

Ring my number and I answer and there is silence then the quirky little noise then its hung up.

My Christian neighbour, who loves thy neighbour and generously offers to plug my extension lead in directly for my washing machine, refrigerator and television. You must understand in your Hindu religion, you have no such altruism written, so this is all very confusing.

Suspect scam/fraud. I checked who missed call was from and received automated response, "Optus advises this number... disconnected". I immediately blocked the number. This phone number (using landline & mobile devices) has subsequently attempted to contact me 10 times in the last 4 days, even over the weekend. 'Blocking' their number doesn't seem to be enough?

These f*cktards call every day asking for Maggie Smith.. I have asked repeatedly not to call as it's a business number.. everyday... they call..

This number keeps calling and when I answer they hang up. I don't return the call.

i think this is the same group that tried to scam me for unpaid tax debts which i do not owe numbers keep changing all the time this has been reported to scamwatch and accc they are going to be prosecuted
