although blocked still called 9 times in 2 minutes

I called back the number (03) 9088 8617 and reached vm that said I reached FTO Capital

This number called and said they wanted to do a survey as required by the new government regulations on insurance. They knew my name and proceeded to ask me about my health and other personal details. Asked them again where they were calling from and they explained to me saying that they're not trying to sell me anything but to do a quick 1 - 2 minutes survey. Told them I'm not comfortable with providing my details and they said "Oh, I see" and continued asking anyway. Just hung up and blocked number.
