Caller: Offer Assurance Called me on a Saturday afternoon. I called back (with Caller ID turned off) and got a robot voice saying that their office was closed (M-F 9am-6pm). I was told that I’d been called by Offer Assurance, “with some of our great deals and offers for telecommunications and internet services” and it gave me the options of opting out of calls or to leave a message.
