Caller: Insta Savers

Called twice, no message left. I called using a different number & a recorded message says they're calling about saving me on NBN services - dial 1 to speak to a sales consultant or dial 5 to opt out.
A pity they decided I should have to opt out of anything I never asked for, because now I've added them here: ignore and block!

A call from them last week saying they wanted to upgrade my NBN. I asked what I already had in place and how their offer would be an improvement. She says that she doesn’t know what service I have now so cannot tell me what improvements there would be. I asked to please take me off their call list.
Fast forward to today, a guy calls from the say number with the same sales pitch. I said I spoke with someone last week and asked to be taken off the call list. He was rude and said I didn’t speak to him so how could he know about my previous conversation. He got abrupt and rude and hung up on me when I asked to be taken off the call list please.
I’ve blocked them now. My advice though is don’t bother answering. I think they are calling from India from a fake number to be honest.

Called offering energy deal

Left a voice message only saying hello over and over before hanging up.

I tried to call back the number (03) 9088 5911 but the person who picked up the phone disconnected the call
