I answered, there was a (seemingly) long sounding beep, then a woman said Hello with a foreign accent & hung up while I was responding. The total call lasted 8 seconds- seems dodgy to me

Caller: don't know they didn't say. Had phone call from this number.. I said a real soft hello ..no answer for a while .... then foreign voice goodbye.
