I called back the number (03) 9088 1169 and the guy on the other line said I reached Offer Assurance

Caller: An insurance company I phoned back. An Indian man answered the phone. Mentioned the name of the Insurance company but I couldn’t work out what he said. I hung up and blocked the number. Annoying!
