Caller: Real Scammer

These calls come from ( what I now know ) as CLICKFARMS. First they check to see if the call goes through to a legit phone number. If someone answers, that number gets transferred to a different ( FARMER ) to start sending sms, Txt MMS messages to try to engage/worry you into contacting them by clicking the link or a conversation & get information from you eg Name address expected age wealth bank details , do you drive, what do you think of nuclear electricity, do you work days or nights, maybe even shopping habits, like can you fill my survey.
All TRICKS OF THE TRADE ( the scamming trade that is ) to further engage you. The more engaged with you at this point the easier it is for them to find something to WORRY YOU ABOUT & the closer to being scammed & having money stolen from you are. They will try to WORRY YOU about some simple thing. You havent paid your electricity bill on time, can we help you with a deferred payment plan.

DONT DO IT. Contact the supplier of whoever they say they are from, yourself & check with them personally.
This 03 number is a LANDLINE number, which is supposed to be in ( I think ) Victoria Australia, yet there is no record with any service provider of this number. Even Google has no record of the number, so in my opinion its a computer generated number from their farm equipment.
Block the number, delete all messages with out opening any links & report them to scamwatch australia.
