Calling to tell me about a government initiative, won a free hot water service.....so, do I get rid of the perfectly functional one I've got or?

Blocked but still getting notifications they are trying to call. Came up as a reported telemarketer spam number but won't stop calling

They always ring and ask for Mr Ray, I keep telling these idiots that there is no Mr Ray at this number, They just keep pestering us.

Received a call at 7pm, some govt mumbo jumbo, I hung up and blocked the number.

Called over last 2 days
Called back and number disconnected SCAM!

All i did was ask how they got my number and why they are calling me. Told them im on the do not call register and she was like doesnt matter and im like it does, she then says you dont know what the call is about there is no need to be smart called me an idiot and hung up. Well 1. It matters cause i didnt ask for you to call me and 2. Calling someone an idiot because they are questioning you is so unprofessional even if its not a sales call.

Rang and hungry up when I didn’t answer in 2 rings

Rang twice and then hung up Number not connected. Phone picked it up as spam. Blocked.

I didn't answer then called back with a hidden ID and got the following "Optus advises that the number you have called is not connected". Clearly a scam.
