Said 2 international transactions had been made from my visa/mastercard to Amazon and Ebay at 4.00am. Thought my card had been hacked and that I would need to cancel the transactions. Then wanted private information. Hung up when I said she was a fraud. Lots of background noise. Provided no company information.

I do not answer unknown numbers - no message was left by caller - if it was a genuine call I would expect a message to be left. Probably a scam.

Said some one spent 300 and 700 on my visa master card. It’s an obvious scam so I told him I bought a sex swing for 700 and a big black dildo for 300. He knew I was on to him so he asked me what I did with the 300 again I repeated myself he asked me what I did with it I told him I shoved it up his f***king arse call him a c**t and hung up on him.

HANG UP!! Asked if I had made international transactions on Ebay and Amazon. They said they were from Visa/MasterCard Security Team (big red flag). They don't know any information but they will fish for it. They also asked for login to my account (specifically on my phone). Another red flag. I held the line to piss them off. THIS IS A SCAM.

(03) 9087 6631 > Number left a "CALL BACK" on a mobile phone 22/12/21 at 4;48pm AEST ?
No message or contact at all ? Assume a scam again or targeted Australian,s to cause frustration ?
THIS NUMBER RINGING FELLOW AUSTRALIAN,s IS DEEMED A NEGATIVE RATING ? This same number
was later placed around the same time but with another differing number from Northern Australia ? ( SAME THING
AGAIN BUT ANOTHER NUMBER COMING FROM NORTHERN AUSTRALIA ? ) If these are taken at all serious
the relevant Federal / territory / state law Enforcement agencies can find out should these be "TAKEN SERIOUSLY" ?
SCAMMERS / HOAXERS / BOGUS Callers can run but can,t hide once "CAUGHT ? "

I don't answer numbers that I don't recognise, whether land line (as in this case) or mobile. If the caller is legit, they will leave a message. From what I have read here, this is definitely a scam.

My phone settings do not allow numbers that are not on my contact list to come through. And, like another person said, I don't ring numbers back if they don't leave a message. I am receiving a huge number of these calls all the time - some from the back of beyond. It's so annoying.

Was going to put me through to someone at my bank (having asked me who I bank with!) about a supposed misuse of my card (Amazon & EBay) when I got spooked and hung up. Called Westpac and they confirmed it is a Scam
