Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Called me 3 times yesterday and twice today.
No messge, answered the last time and you could hear it take a second to internationally connect. scammer.

they called several times late afternoon 1st a girl on (03) 9087 5786 then its her supervisor who calls you back on 039087587- both saying they are timetosave.com.au a victorian government initiative regarding your electricity metre. do you use a smart metre.we can have a person at your place tomorrow to put a free device on the metre to save electricity. they know your name and address and ask if you use a smart phone to put the app on the monitor the usage. to legitimise they say to check the timesave website which is legitimate. i subsequently rang time save who said these people are pretending to be them. the scammers had indian accent. when i rang the numbers back they went to skytec marketing sayong press 9 if you do not want to receive info

Keeps calling twice daily, but does not leave a message, sounds like this is a scammer
