Got a call but it only rang for 2 seconds. No voice mail

I’ve been getting many calls like this. Based on passed experience spammers calling at 6:35pm blocked

persistent unanswered calls received from this number

Keeps ringing when call back it’s busy
No one answers ever

Same called mobile and I waited for the caller to identify themselves, which did not. Same then hung up without talking. Not sure who this caller was.
