Telephoned the day my father died asking about life and funeral insurance. Were very shifty when challenged on how they got my details. Very insensitive.
If they are the Australian Contact centre (I didn't catch their name - I was assuming it was the hospital or funeral directors) they called back today on (02) 4038 1417.
Isn't there a law against people like this?
