I Believe it’s a scam! The ph number has actual cba recorded msg but if in doubt , Call the bank directly on the number you find on your bank statements not the number in the msg

Your CARD was used for a TRANSACTION of 656.34 AUD$ at WOOLWORTHS, NOT you? Please call us urgently on (03) 9069 5879 REF: CKQFRS

Got a text message stating our account had been accessed from another country and to call this number. Checked this with Commbank and it was a scam. Out of curiosity we called the number and it was the actual commbank recording playing. We didn’t go any further but can understand if people think it’s legit.
