Couldn’t understand where she said she was from but something about a hot water rebate told her I rent then blocked the number

I called back number (03) 9068 9563 spoke to a woman who said company name is FTO capital.

Left no message. Other person has commented that it could be FTO Capital - if so, it looks they've been involved in some financial scams in the past.
