I'm pretty sure this is a scam and the people using this number are pretending to be PayPal. I received a robocall from them. When I called the number the person on the other end seemed very shifty.

Scammy robot call making out I owed money and wanting you to call a number.

This number (03) 9068 3480 left a message on my mobile... the message stating it was Paypal, thanking me for shopping with them, and that a payment request for $299.89 was about to be debited from my account - and that I should "press 1" or call back on this number if I wanted to stop the payment. I did NOT press 1 but turned my caller ID off and called the full number, which yielded a "number not connected" response.
