Calling saying we have to use qr codes. says it will only take 3 minutes of our time asks if it a good time to speak. i hung up. Probably waiting for us to say yes and then to use this to breach on other sites

Caller: someone from gov regarding covid 19

It was an automated male voice regarding covid 19 didn't hear whole message as it already came up as potential fraud just thought id let ppl know

Called number back and it said “Hi, if you received a call from us it was from the government”. Then I hung up.

scam trying to record voice saying ‘Yes’ then using it to breach security. Say nothing.

Robotic male voice saying he’s calling from Business Victoria in regards to COVID tracing. He was asking if it’s the right time to call. I played the birthday song until it hanged up eventually. Blocked the caller. Please don’t say anything especially the word YES

Phoned the number back the vic govt see if you need assistance with COVID safe planning BUT left a strange message on my phone

I stayed quiet then the call terminated because I didn’t respond yes or no!

An automated voice from this number apologised that I was cut off from a meeting, then asked me to email them for further info!

No message, mobile phone states (03) 9068 3479 called 10 times, therefore scammers

This is automated message asking you to comply as a business and ensure you have a QR code in your business. Didnt say anything. Just hung up.

Called several times, left voice recording message; start of it was missing, said it was waiting for a voice input.
So conclusion- A SCAM

They called twice and on the second time even left a voice message with the above info then cut off. Just spam so make sure to hang up and block their number.

Call rang twice leaves message regarding COVID 19 questioning and won't ask you any personal questions doesn't feel right, something doggie about this number that made me not ring it back. I have since noticed these 4 complaints in this number possible being a scam caller. I would suggest not to call them back and to ignore or block the number for future calling you.

Prerecorded message that craps on about covid for a second and then asks "is it a good time to talk?" so they can get a recording of you saying "yes"

And to those asking how it can be disconnected, the number is spoofed, if you notice, it says "the mobile telephone you are calling is disconnected" and you got a call from a landline. Logic.
