I called back the number (03) 9067 6031, rang and got disconnected automatically

Caller: Some sort of mortgage place Said I had contacted them, but I hadn't. I said that I am on the do not call register. 21 hours later the same number rang me back. I tried ringing it, to make a more strongly worded complaint, and got the Telstra error message "this number is not connected".
