Answered, home phone and there was obvious call centre noise in background, so I hung up, they then called my mobile twice, which I did not answer and no message left, obviously some sort of scam

LEGIT CALL BUT THEY NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER STOP... EVEN WHEN YOU'VE HAD ALL THE UPGRADES. JUST DON'T BOTHER ANSWERING.
NONE OF THE CONTRACTORS COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER SO YOU JUST GET CONSTANT CALLS.

they rang me twice within 10 minutes and left no mesaage

I suspect it's a spam, or a remote chance of being a wrong number. I don't know why anyone would be calling me from Victoria unless its for nefarious purposes, especially as caller hung up when transferred to voicemail. Number blocked.
