I returned a call from (03) 9052 9903 but reached vm for Vodafone

I've been receiving calls multiple times per day for the past week or so. Every time I answer they hang up

They have been calling me several times a day and as the number was not known to me, I ignored them but accidentally answered it not and there was a clicking noise before I hung up.
Very annoying and stressful. This number is in Australia (Melbourne). Why can’t the authorities do something about it? HOPELESS 😩

Just block the number.

Keep trying to call but leaving no messages. When I looked up the number its from partners of Vodafone, probably trying to sell plans.
