(03) 9049 1025 - I called the number back and spoke with Pam. She said i reached Connect Now. They offer connection services and home moving assistance. They are based in Melbourne. She mentioned that they don't call random people. They get the numbers from Real estate centers that contact them to organize connection and moving services.

It's Connectnow, if you are a renting a property they will call you to get your services connected, They have outsourced to India so they call at stupid times.
