Caller ID showed number as (03) 9048 7863. Delay in Caller answering on pick up. Some static then background chatter. Caller barely understood due to heavy accent. Scripted conversation. Very persistent in calling ... repeatedly. Number appears to be Melbourne (VIC, Australia) Landline. Google search shows number with 080 area code (080 9048 7863) originating from India. Possible re-route from International Telemarketer Call Centre?
