I called back number (03) 9045 4017 reached IVR for a company called MYOB.

I was so suprised to find out it is from MYOB. I used to install and suppoirt their software a few years back, and never had any problems with the company. So I called them up and informed the young lady about the call and also about the complaints on this site as well as complaints on another site. Apologies were made, my name taken off their call database and the call centre supervisor is being informed of this bad business practice, I also stated that is this continue sI was willing to complain to the ACCC. Hope this helps to STOP this.

Received a call from this number today. I said, "Hello," once and waited for a response. Laughter in the background then they hung up.

Had a call from these guys, spoke to a women who was as rude as can be, kept talking over me and would not listen to me had to hang up in the end. I just ignore the calls now

It's only been 6 times but it seemed like a lot more. They seem to have an uncanny knack of trying to call me at the most inconvenient times imaginable. Annoyingly persistent.

Third hang up from this number. I have now deleted my MYOB software. Last call triggered my move to a better and cheaper provider! Anyway MYOB, your program was clunky crap!!

Receive excessive missed calls, no message, to my mobile number. This is really bad business practice for a well known brand. It detracts hugely from the work they do to establish their reputation. I'm a long term customer and next upgrade, I'm moving to another service. MYOB stop making yourself a pest to your customers.

Just block the number. As a rule I only answer calls on the mobile if I know who the caller is. Mainly when they are on my contact list. You own and control your phone. Why people let the phone control them is beyond me...

Yes my wife had a call from this guy who was rude, even after she said sorry its not a good time right now both her Parents are In coronary Care and as we get so many Charity calls she only answered thinking it could be the hospital, he kept pushing so whens a good time 1 week 2 weeks etc , she had to hang up before she lost it..

Note; we now cannot answer our land line as 9/10 are from Charities/Telemarketers/ and now MYOB even worse these buggers are now calling on our Mobile phones . hard to run your own small Business when you are scared to answer the phone ..
