Never answer this number, optus trying to upsell, again and again.

I've received this call 5 times in last week, I work nights so it's really annoying, no message left otherwise I'd call back. Glad to know its Optus, I'll keep ignoring it!

It's been calling me everyday for the past 3 days. When I answered, they hanged up! Really annoying!

Yup, male voice asking for me by name, then after I confirmed just hanged up. Expensive way to test the information you have against a phone number...

Missed calls not upgrading my phone Optus your customer service sucks

Just Optus calling to see if I wanted to upgrade my handset and contract. The guy on the line was really nice.

It is someone Optus outsources to, trying to re-sign you on a fixed contract and earn a fee. You are MUCH better off walking into a store and negotiating with them if you want to sign up for another contract!
The computer calls and if you pick up it gets directed through to a call center worker who rushes through a script. Just say "no thanks" and hang up.

Multiple of calls over many many weeks!!! Driving me NUTS!

have had 4 missed calls now

2 hung up calls this morning ...

They called about 10.00am today 12 Jan 2011 but hung up.

This number called to wake up household then hung up after 5-6 rings when answered. Am on the Do not call register. Do not know this number. Wake yourself up you idiots. This is annoying. So far i have had 14 telemarket 'prankster' hang up calls in two months.

this number (03) 9033 4560 called early this morning. Kept ringing and then when answered they hung up. Wake yourselves up you idiots! lol

the number is for optus hardware logistics its something in regards to a returned mobile device that you must have sent back
