Aggressive calling tactics - continuous calling. Hangs up and calls again. Resorted to switching off mobile of due to harassment by this unknown caller

Who ever this is has been calling me every single day at lunch time. I'm at work, and I can't answer the phone. I have no idea why they keep calling, who is it? Does anyone know?

I am currently on five calls a day from these wankers, i put them on my block list, but i still get a message to say that they have called, time to find another service provider. How stupid are these people, pushing customers away ?????

I have received a missed call from this number at 9-10 am each day for the past 2 weeks. I know it's Optus because I'm due to renew my contract. I will do that when I'm good and ready!!! And when I am ready I will go in store and speak to a real person! Stop the bullsh*t Optus or you will loose so many customers.

They called me and wanted me to upgrade my phone (which I am doing in two weeks), I said no, then went to the official website and the website wouldnt let me upgrade, it said I had to wait two weeks?? are these guys legit?

I finally talked to Optus after daily calls at 3am while I was in Europe and it turns out it's an automated system which is why it's so unrelenting and annoying. Time to ditch optus I say.

They keep calling me too - I'm off work at the moment, so when I hear my mobile ringing, I rush to it, thinking it's someone important!And I'm a shift worker too, so don't appreciate the several calls a day and night either! will try my block option on my android now as have re-signed on the ACMA do not call register - yes as I'm with Optus that's how they get away with it!
