I rang this number when it was shown on a scammer email that was supposed to be an invoice from norton, advising me to call if I wanted to cancel my subscription. Of course there was no answer when I rang. Thankfully, I've seen many many youtube videos, showing exactly how this scam works and how they try telling you that they made a mistake when they transferred the refund and telling you how to pay back the excess. Once they have your bank account details, it gets emptied. I would advise anyone to watch as many of these scammer busting videos on youtube as they can.

I received a Norton security email saying $199 will be taken from my account but I can cancel if I call this number. Called the number and was asked to download anydesk remote access so at that point I hung up.

Claimed to be from Amazon Prime saying they have charged my account $199.90. when i don't use amazon prime or have an an amazon account.

Claimed from Telstra said there was something wrong with the internet security I said I did not believe them and said I would call them back. I did not call back.

I called back number (03) 9028 8777 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Caller: Solar scam

Had a call for solar panels told them not interested and hung up. Later rang the number to be informed that the number is not connected would strongly suspect this is a scam.

rang me i m on a do not call register and also i m a private number they rang i not say who i was i make them talk asked who it was and some componey seeling solar i flat out said " how you get this number?" was told in there database said " i find that hard believe i m on a do not call register and i have a privite number u braking the law by rinigng me, i am not intresed and do not call this number again, or if you do i will take it up with the neccercery party(meaning eg police or even higher if i need too) then said Goodbye" then hang up they not yet called me back. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL PROBS A SCAM AND IS INDAN BULLsh*t!!!!!! I am not happy i was called as my number in meant to be private.
