Parents got an email from "McAfee Inc" stating the 'service with us got expired yesterday and today our team has renewed it for you as per the auto renewal policy' along with a comment of a $299 charge. The contact phone number to reverse the charge was (03) 9028 7139.
As I look after/pay for their antivirus and have already locked their credit cards down etc - I know it's spam (along with other indicators like the grammatically incorrect English and a GMail source email address etc)
Just wanted to put this here for others for future reference.

Caller: Same number. McAfee Jonas Wyatt Stated antivirus had expired. This amount to be invoiced was $499. I rang the number and it’s done dodgy foreign guy in Melbourne somewhere. My mother falls for this stuff all the time
