Scammer pretending to be from the ATO and threatening a lawsuit and arrest. Left a message!

Caller: Scammer

I received a call 8.12.18 saying I owe money to the “Tax Department”. If I didn’t pay immediately they would issue an arrest warrant. They had no information about me but wanted me to tell them my name etc. I told them good luck with the warrant.

I called back number (03) 9028 5640 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

This is a pre-recorded scam from "Australian tax department."

Caller: ATO scammer

The automated voice told me "if I didn't call back then a warrant would be issued and I'd get arrested".
Don't give them any information about yourself. Not even your name.
