Caller: Claiming to be from Visa

Wanted to confirm a large suspicious charge on my account but claim to need my details verified including card number and exp. date. Hang up immediately if they call you.

Scammer - He pressed me to give my security code - first said he is from CBA - then when I said I'm with ANZ, he is suddenly from ANZ fraud team.
He said he needed my details to stop a fraud amount from New York.

Caller: Scammer claiming to be pay pal

I received a call from an individual claiming to represent PayPal, alleging that a large payment had been made on my account and required urgent action. Due to significant difficulty understanding the caller, I apologised and requested that all details be provided to me in writing.

The caller became abrupt and pressured me to act immediately, which contradicts legitimate PayPal procedures. I advised that I am fully aware of my rights, that I would be contacting my bank directly, and that I would not proceed without proper documentation. The caller then raised her voice and abruptly ended the call.

It is evident this was a fraudulent attempt. As always, I place my trust in God and in the proper processes of law, knowing that truth and justice ultimately prevail under His watch.
