a rude man with a very strong European accent, Oliver Smith 03 90216842 said he is from UTelecom

Caller: "UTelecom"

They say they are calling from UTelecom, (which is a genuine telco company.)
However these guys are not "Utelecom" because the numbers they've called on are not correct and have told us contradictory information.
They are a nuisance, don't take "NO" for an answer and repeatedly call on a different phone number then give us this # to call back on.

Caller: Indian accent man

An Indian voice man call said there is a problem with my website then hung up on me.

Caller: A male with an Indioan

8/8/2018: Received a call from the aboopve number from a man with an Indian voice who asked me if my name was........... I saids yes as my company does deal with many companies with Indian employees. He then said our company website has serious flaws and needed fixing. I told him I was not interested and and to go away. He then said he would contact Google and shut down my company website.
I told him to go away and not touch and I was reporting this scam to ACCC, which I did with all the details I had to hand. I did ring the number back and an Indian man did answer so that I could confirm everything.

Caller: aggresive man

don't answer. the aggressive man on the other end asked me if I had mental health problems. falsely told me my website was broken and then hung up on me when i told him I was looking at my website now. I asked him point blank if he was selling SEO and he said no.. But definitely was.

I called back number (03) 9021 6892 spoke to a guy who said company name is Stratton Court.
