This is a Vic Government scheme replacing old light globes with new LED globes. It is free, you don’t have to own your home, licenced electricians do the work and it cuts your power bill.. I rent and had no problems. They also offer more efficient shower heads, draught stoppers for doors, covers fo xhaust fans to block them when not turns on. Also offer covers for ceiling vents for ducted cooling. Had no problems with every installation
