(03) 9016 4099 is a spam. They called me and said they're calling from Simple Energy but actually they're not. They're from a third party, so this phone number is now in my blocked list. Annoying!

The Smart Group (who are marketers) call people from customer lists supplied by companies (i.e Simply Energy) My issue with The Smart Group is that they misrepresent themselves and SAY they are FROM Simply Energy when they are from a third party. This is unethical.

I called back number (03) 9016 4099 spoke to a woman who said company name is The Smart Group .

I did not answer.
Voicemail left "Hi [my name] this is Michael from WorkSafe Victoria. Please call me back on 1800 431 020".
Number left in voicemail did not match number they were calling from.

Left a message saying "Christmas, Christmas trees"

I block any number coming from nowhere.

Claim to be simply energy, not at all.
