Caller: A Voice message saying I will under arrest I missed the call & this number left me voice msg (Male Robot Voive) saying please call my dept. on this number ASAP (03) 9016 3971)or a warrant will be issued and you will be arrested. Thank you. Goodbye.. Now I live in Q.L.D and this is a Melbourne number. Clearly a Melbourne officer would not be calling someone in Q.L.D.. SCAM ALERT!!!

Once i picked up, it was an automated message that the call is from ATO and they're starting a criminal case in my name, i hung up straight after.

The message was threatening in tone with something along the lines of " You are being audtion by ATO and there is an arrest warrant being filed against you. Call our department back on (03) 9016 3971 ...blah blah blady blah"...

Caller: ATO fake call I got an recorded call from ato about the payment of tax and at the end it says I’ll be issued an arrest warrant sooner
