Caller: "telstra tech support" These people claim to be from Telstra Tech Support - they get you to google 'show my IP address' and make scary claims that your IP address is hacked and at risk.
When asked to confirm any details about my identity or account with Telstra, they hung up.
Do not give out ANY personal information on the phone.

The most obvious scam I've seen in a while. I pity the people in India, probably highly educated, who has to waste their time wasting my time. Ask them if they can identify any charachteristics of your computer - like windows version. Amazing that they know it is infected without knowing anything else....
By the way - they called on the only extension in our house that doesn't have a computer network attached...

A very genuine company. These guys helped me a lot and removed each and every problem of my computer. I spoke to Benjamin Walker. He was a very nice gentleman and he was very patient with me. He showed me each and every problem of my computer and he fixed it too. I would advice people to go through this company. its : winsupportonline (03) 9016 0790 Speak to Ben

These people are complete damage to your computer, They can't provide an IP address to infected computer, they ask you to punch in an order EVENTVWR - google command before you type it in your personnal computer.
*** DO NOT TYPE ANYTHING TOLD TO YOU BY PHONE ***
They are even getting on this blog and putting positive ratings for themselves under different names and usernames.
