Caller: ATO This is a scam message that tries to spoof being the ATO, they will ask you to call them back or you will be put under arrest. The call comes in as a robot text to speech voice.

Caller: Unknown Tried telling me they were gonna get me arrested if I didn’t call back immediately. They called me and left a voicemail.

Caller: (03) 9016 0641 Its computer was talking about I've got some issue arrest warrant under my name, if I don't get back to that guy or them ASAP I'll be got trouble.
Block it straight away, WTH
