Scam caller saying from tax department and that if I don’t call back quoting their number will be arrested!!!!

Told me my macquarie account had had a new log on and to contact them

MACQUARIE: A new device has been successfully registered on 09/12. If this was NOT you, please call us on (03) 9015 4966 REF:XX9981

Text claiming to be Macquarie and having a new device successfully registered, but when you go through all the bank prompts it then goes to an automated electronic voice. Sounds like a scam!

MACQUARIE: A new device has been registered on...If not you, call (03) 9015 4966 and quote reference... SMS number was 863523

Caller: Automated Message - ATO Tax Debt

A scam message regarding an outstanding debt with the ATO and a warrant for arrest.

Says its the australian taxation office and a law suit has been filed against me. recorded message said I had to call the number back. Smells like a scam to me

Robot voice saying filing suit against tax department and if I dont call them an arrest warrant will be put out. Sounds like a SCAM.

Didn’t pick up and got an automated voice message saying if I didn’t ring back a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Clearly some sort of scam and made me angry to hear the message.

Arrest warrant being raised??? Had to ring back, dare say to pay or follow the scam, leaves message on message bank, Computer American voice

I called back number (03) 9015 4966 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
