Caller: Fake debt collector Leaves an automated (American voice) message on your voicemail, threatening arrest for you and your family for unpaid debt/tax, and to call them back. Very obvious scam, but still gives you a fright.

I called back number (03) 9015 4392 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Threat to prosecute if call not returned. This is a scam call to pressure you to pay fake demand. Number may be spoofed from legitimate phone number.
