Type: scam bitcoin purchase; requesting payment from my paypal account.
Scammer detail provided via paypal (as the ‘seller) = Jayson Ardler, jardler @ optunet.com.au -Note: I suspect multiple fake name would be used for this mobile number!

1. I was alerted (to the fake purchase) from a legitimate paypal email 2. The purchase - also showing on my paypal acct when I logged in - was reported (by me) via my paypal account. 3. The request for payment was declined by me via my paypal account. 4. The pre-type “NOTE” words within the purchase information on paypal (from the scammer) is mistyped yet, it could easily be perceived as being an instruction from Paypay (which it is not) because it asks the paypal account holder to call this mobile number request report this ‘bitcoin’ to

I am sure if you call this mobile number then the prefabricated ‘fake bitcoin purchase’ will turn into a phishing email as they get your person detail - FROM YOU (over the phone) in a charade to reassure you they will be cancelling the purchase request. You think you will be taking to PayPal but you will be taking to the scammer!!

Caller: Marie Ryan

Today I received an email to phone this number and speak to Marie Ryan re a money request for a bitcoin purchase. The scammers sent the email to an address which is not linked to my PayPal account. Please delete these emails and do not call this number.
