Claiming to have a notice of a lawsuit filed by the ATO - American accent

Scam.
Unfortunately, I haven’t look up this number through google. All details were related to Service Australia and Tax department. He said my details were used for criminal activity so I have to follow up the government protocol.
I followed what he told and not get funding back.
It is worse because this phone number has been exited for 3 years

Caller: They claimed to be the ATO.

I received a call from these guys at 15:12 today saying that a law suit has been filed against me and that I need to call them or a warrant for my arrest will be issued. A google search lead me here.

Voicemail was left by a text-voice, so its hard to take it seriously.

Scammer left message for call back which was pre recoded message “ if you not called back on my department number (03) 9013 7162 we will issue arrest warrent on your name. When I called no one picked up the phone. My friend told me l shouldn’t call back because they are recording your voice asking you questions where you’ll be saying word “Yes” and used that info to get in your phone banking.
Just block this scammer’s number

Left a message saying they are filing a lawsuit against me. If I do not respond then I will be arrested. I called back and they claimed to be the ATO... then asked me for all my personal details at which point I hung up.

Just received the same call, but let it go to voicemail - automated american voice....seems like a scam

Said I had a lawsuit against me and if I don't call them back, they will issue a warrant. LOL!!!!
