Female Indian voice from a busy, noisy call centre.(Lots of background voices - a genuine outbound call centre would do much more to supress background noise). Said she was calling from Telstra, hung up when I told her I'm not a Telstra customer.

Said they were Telstra and my internet would be disconnected. Asked for return number and was given (03) 9013 6972. Asked why they were ringing from a mobile number. Wouldn't answer and eventually said technical difficulties. This is a scam as I do not have Telstra internet.

ringing every 5 minutes for 1 hour then stops and starts again when answered it hangs straight up

(03) 9013 6972 worked mobile, I didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message guessing its spam

Caller: Scammers from India

Trying on the old Telstra scam, "criminal activity on your internet connection, we will disconnect you" etc.

They are the criminals that need disconnecting.

Caller: "Telstra Technical Support" SCAM

They said that I would lose internet for a few days because i had downloaded "junk". I asked them if they knew anything about me, my name, address, account number and they hung up.

Caller: I don't know

My phone picks it up as "Potential Fraud". Just did not answer the phone, canceled the call.
