This is a scam claiming to be the ATO... looks like they are mining for personal details

Caller: Daniel Mcllroy - supposedly

Received an emailed PAYPAL request to pay AUD $699.99 to a Daniel McIlroy which included his instructions of "If You Are Not authorized +61 (03) 9013 6941" . Presume it is a scam to get me to call that number.

Received a call with recorded voice telling me I had debt with ATO and they were taking legal action.

scam claiming to be the ATO , give them no information and if they say there is a warrant out for your arrest do not be concerned.

There is a lawsuit being filed on your name, contact this number straight away or we will issue a warrant for your arrest... lol

A Russian accent picked up the phone when called.
Can't believe they use a local number for the scams now.

Left a recorded voice mail saying ‘911 now if we don’t hear from you, we will have to get an arrest warrant under your name & have you arrested. So get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you’ ... scam for sure

Didnt answer. Left a message with a robotic recording telling me if I didn't return their call they would put a warrant out for my arrest.

The recorded message said that there was a lawsuit again "you" and that if you do not call back an arrest warrant will be issued. Scam!

Left message stating there is a lawsuit case getting filed under my name to call back otherwise there will be a warrant issued for my arrest. Computer generated voice left the message. Sounds like a scam to me.

anwsered call to male voice recording claiming to be taxation office that i must call them back imediatly to confirm my details to avoid prosicution

I should guess that Police has to attend this number ASAP as it seems to be an extortion attempt.
