Scam call - claiming to be ATO with a lawsuit filed in my name

Do not answer. Do not give any information.
Claiming to be the ATO calling to say that there was a problem with my tax returns over the past few years.
I didn't pick up the phone and called them back on a private number and told me this when I didn't even give them my name.
The voice message left was automatic and claimed that if I did not return the call a warrant would be issued for my arrest.

Claiming to be ato with arrest warrant for money I owe... mind you ive been a stay at home mum for the last 6 Years

again after 2 years they recycle the number, 4 calls today, blocked will not ring again

SCAM CALL

Claim to be Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and that i would go to jail if i didn't pay them money!! She asked for name, Tax file number etc.....i said you should have all these numbers on file already??!! I asked if i get breakfast in bed in the jail
and she hung up on me!!
Be careful people.

Scam call saying they would issue an arrest warrant - robovoice (americAn robot)

Caller: ATO

Robot voice as soon as I pick up saying that I need to return the call by another number otherwise they will go ahead and get the warrant to arrest me and then straightaway cut off the phone, which, I didn't catch the number. So afterward I return the call to the number that called me (03) 9013 4963, an Indian man pick up the phone and say they are Tax investigation so I start asking the question, the piece of sh*t didn't answer anything only say ok and hang up. This is Totally scam

Claiming to be ato, asking for name to pull up my file. When I said ‘alright’ (a bit hesitantly) they hung up.

Got a missed call from this number and left a Telstra SMS message "There is a lost(?) suitcase is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. 3901." Call them back and they answered the call as Australian Taxation Office and tried to get my name. I hanged up.

these people are ruthless. be careful they are very threatning but cant even speak proper English if you say you cant pay they keep dropping the amount give them nothing full on scam
