calls then hangs up, no idea what they want, may be testing if our number is connected so they can call and try scam.

as others said, I answer the call and they hang up, twice before 12pm. Can Network providers be given this list of complaints and shut down pest numbers? Make scammers lives difficult.

Called multiple times. Upon two instances, it went to my voicemail and the male caller left an 11 sec and 49 sec voicemail where he just kept saying "Hello?", then hung up. When I called number back, no answer.

Called me 3 times in the last 2 days but I have screened. I called the number but it's not connected.

Called twice within an hour to tell me about the latest government scheme to upgrade our lights to LED.
